Private Cable will provide a low bulk rate to the property owner or provide a very low rate to the subscribing resident. A percentage of the revenue collected will be paid back to the property owner. This percentage is based upon many factors such as the number of channels, the term of the contract, construction costs, number of potential customers or subscribers, the level of competition, and the particular channel selected. There is no cost to the owner or developer for these services unless the owner wants to become a participant in cable development and share in the capitol expenses.
